Because movement is life,

at BIRTHFIT we believe you should be moving your body before and after you bring a baby into this world. 

This is NOT about "staying lean through your pregnancy" or "getting your body back" after birth, this is about training for birth and the physical demands of motherhood.

PRENATAL TRAINING

Birth is the biggest athletic event of your life, and we believe you should train for it. The Prenatal Training program is designed specifically to prepare your body for the physical and mental intensity and potential obstacles of pregnancy and labor. 

POSTPARTUM LEVEL 1

Led by Dr. Erica​

 

Join our next Postpartum Series to learn true functional core and pelvic floor healing. Discover strength the way your body was truly made to move. Mothers from the community gather together and create a tribe of understanding and support. This class creates a safe space for strength and vulnerability. Come as your true authentic self and heal from within.

POSTPARTUM LEVEL 2

Led by Coach Nikki

After mastering the foundational core and pelvic floor movements in the the Postpartum Series with Dr. Erica, the Postpartum Level 2 class will lead you to build strength, endurance, and mobility on top of those foundational movements. Level 2 will set you up for success and guide you into lifelong training.
